At F.I.T. we recognise the importance of experience within the company and its human resources; therefore we have assembled a strong management and catering team.


David Steele – Member of the ‘Institute of Hospitality’ (M.I.H)


The team is led by David Steele, who formed F.I.T. in May 2012. David has over 30 years experience in the catering industry, having trained as a chef to the highest standards. David, was one of the professional chefs, that was contracted at the I.L.O. Geneva, in relation to the MLC 2006,  advising to the representatives of worlds governments, in relation to catering terminology.

Senior Consultant

Darren trained as a chef and has over 30 years experience in the catering industry. Along with David Steele, Darren will share responsibility of running the company.
